Recently after new Management taking over the company, Work life balance is improved.

Company has lost focus on it's core business, many experienced and caliber executives left the company majorly due to no-appraisal. They neither retained them nor hiring new experienced team. They are replacing 12 years experience with 1 year freshers. Management is dependent on HODs who are not competent. KRA , appraisal cycle etc. are on paper only....Read More
