Colleagues are all just passed out from college so fun after office. Give you responsibility and freedom to work on live from day 1.

Dislikes

Work life balance(you should work 14-16 hours a day). Hidden/High salary variable which you never get. Management treats its employees as a mere robot with no feeling/compassion. You will be forced to take part in Hackathon that happens every 2nd month where assign you actual company project which takes weeks to complete(you need to do it in a day) Though you work till 12am no transport will be provided and on top they ask you to sign a document saying company is not responsible if anything happens to me at that late hour...Read More
