They give more important to security for all employees. Women's safety is very well and management also good and not any partially all are treat like a same. We can work safely and satisfactory. Environmental is so good . Food also excellent and very clean

May be they will give food for two time in 2 ndshift and night shift operators

I loved working in Mitsuba, It is very good place to learn about all automobile standards and how it works, due to Japanese MNC , people have benefit of getting jobs in Japan after learning N4 language level. In here you will deal with whole project from top to bottom , and managers are very supportive when we want to learn something, it’s good place to start career and improve knowledge.

Dislikes

Overall it mitsuba have very poor job security and salary appraisal, So people tend move from this company after getting certain experience, Due to its MNC employees have better opportunities outside competitors.
