I think I could have found something better in this company.

Dislikes

I havnt worked in this company for so long, Thanks to god, but the company culture is like 19's 1. Bad company culture 2. No cafeteria 3. No vending machine for tea and coffe 4. You need to have you food on your seat like we did in our Schools, even the college is better from this company 5. Red mark if you wore jeans, you need to be formal like you were doing in your school days 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you are late the salary will be deducted as per company rule No one will ever think and would like to devite for this company where you cant give freedom and cant trust the employes</mark>. Growth is impossible with such rules and regulation....Read More

1. No work life balance 2. Now proper working schedule 3. Company provide very less salary 4. No proper leave policy 5. No work timing 6. Proper salary deduction if you are late to come in office Thank God to Sunday else this company would have asked to come on Sunday also
