Everything. Not paying salary on time. Boss is always Shouting at everyone all the time. No work life balance. This company gives you life long mental trauma. Micromanagement by boss and his right hand (Sapna).

Its more than 10 years I am working with Morpheus. I have seen the growth of the company and it is absolutely awesome. During COVID 19 the founder of the company Kailash Shahani did not only gave us salary but also provided us with essential things .we are thankfull to him.

I started as a trainee within 2 months I was hired as a full-time employee after that I never looked back, I kept on growing and learning new things every day at work.

Diplomacy, baisedness, fooling people by taking money as investment, fooling employees by not paying salary on time and also not paying full n final settlement amount post exit formalities.
