There was a change in the upper management which has resulted on destroying company culture. As well as most of the new managers are from service MNC who live by doing politics and do not care anything about employees.

Used to be good company now it is one of the worst company to work for due to above mentioned reasons.

1) Management is incompetent. Neither can they help the engineers technically nor can they manage the project. Basically, managers don't care to keep regular updates of the ongoing projects. If something goes wrong then the entire blame is pinned on the engineers. 2) Pune-Chennai tussle. They have three branches across India. Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. And the Pune and the Chennai branch are always at loggerheads to get a project. The management fight between themselves and most of the time all the development projects are taken away in Chennai and the Pune location is left away with menial manual QA work or sometimes automation QA work. I have no knowledge about the Bangalore branch. 3) Rampant backscratching. Management is extremely partial to some of the staffs....Read More
