1. Work pressure - Daily you will need to work for 10-11 hours 2. Salary Problem - They are over-smart as they will include most of your salary in variable part and that you will get 50%-50% twice a year and at the time of disbursement of bonus, they will show inefficiency issues to not giving you 100% of your variable part. So justkeep in mind that only fixed part is your salary. 3. Low appraisals - Appraisals are 4-5% only if you perform good. 4. Work life balance will become zero 5. They trusted me to handle the financial reporting, which is good. I have been in places where they put constant pressure. Here I can focus and pace my work better Month end is hectic, but that's just how it is. The reporting module could be better, but it gets the job done. Overall it's a stable place

Growing pains means processes sometimes need to catch-up with company expansion
