All are running to satisfy the ego of one person... Mr. Venkat.......Who is non technical as well as dump.....burden on company and employees...... when requirements of doer... Company hires manager who can't do anything and a selected dump piece or garbage of somewhere else. Survival of those people who have the skills of chamchagiri and doesn't faith on quality working....
