Sab kuch dislike hai…. Kuch bhi like nahi hai….increment ka promise kiya tha specially mail se ki 10-08-2025 ko account mai milega but ab mil raha hai 12th, 13th ko. Kya gajb ka increment diya 🫡 oner ne,great, 1 to 5 %. Matlab infection rate se bhi kam. Kam se kam ese to uper ka dete. Thank you oner saaab🫡. Are 1% 2% koi incrementhota hai kya, usne sal bar mai kuch bhi kaam nahi kiya hoga😳. Or bola jata hai company ki halat theek nahi hai… I was very shocked 😳- halat theek nahi hai…etane bade bade departmental head liye hai company mai (jo ki karodo ke package ke honge) to kya wo ess company ko free mai join kiye hai? Ki company ke halat ko theek karne ke liye. Are sir kam se kam ye to sochate ki kaam to dower ne hi karna hai.. chaye aap head lo ya gm lo.. ab dower wala kam to ye log nahi karege sayad🤔😂😂😂. Ye aapne theek nahi kiya… esse bahut impect aayega aane wale time pe. Etane resign padenge ki recovery karte huye ek saal pura lag jayega fir bhi 100% employees ko nahi le paoge..Ahmedabad wala seen creat hoga....Read More

Worst ever experience,I recommend for new candidate's join it at your on risk,there is no work life balance,even if you are streching yourself giving them productivity don't expect the appreciation cause no one gonna appreciate you,they will only scold you,the existing person of this organization who have more than 10 years experience of the same organization will give only mentally harrassment with lots of work load and no support at all,Naari also don't provides any transportation service so if you will gate late that will be your headache only as no one take the responsibility cause the HOD & manager oneself show a clean pair of heels exact on 6.pm only in exceptional cases they stay....Read More

Working culture is bad . Upper management doing partiality on analyst position.

Dislikes

Plant head not interact to analyst and open house is only formality. Get pass not available in any condition. Performance rewards getting only managers favourite employees not a hard worker.

Sahab sab kuch kharab hi to hai yaha. Manpower ke lye chay banati sirf naam matra ki hai. Kabhi chay patti nahi dalte to kabhi cheeni jyada dal detehai. Or odit mai to chay hi nahi pilate hai. Bade bade log bhi yaha ke kon sa ache hai. Log kahte hai yaha ke bade wale hed sahab ache nahi hai yaha ke.
