Nisg depute the employee to government Project on fixed tenure of 3 years. In this 3 years employee get max 7 % increment if he perform outstanding. There is no scope of skill development. There is no work life as government official does not give value to these Nisg peoples. No canteen facility even tea also you have to buy from your money. No medical facility to employee and their parents. They usually tell that we will provide Mediclaim but they deduct amount of 40k per Annum from your salary. In any case if you raise concern to Nisg Hr, you will be instructed to search new job. Yes one good thing with this company thatyour salary will be in your account by 31st of every month.
