- Salary is very low. - The work is horrible. 80% of it was just running some existing tools with absolutely no coding involved. - No skill building or learning whatsoever. No exposure to relevant technologies and concepts. - Promotions and appraisals are arbitrary and opaque. - Managers aredeliberately deceptive and dishonest</mark>. WLB is good. The care shown on an employee is good. The perks like internet reimbursement is good.

Dislikes

The managers treat technicians very badly. If there is a failure, technicians get the blame. The technicians are: not given time for skill development/to learn something loaded with work affected by the bias between engineers and technicians taken for granted by the managers

Working till 3.00 am for months after which I was asked to leave. I was recruited for a particular skill set and later management changed requirements and I had to leave due to a skill set mismatch.
