1. Management is easily approachable and value employee's feedback. 2. Learning opportunities will be provided based on your performance. 3. Nemko India's work culture is quite impressive. You will hardly find any politics here; people love to work with each other. I recommend to Nemko India to one who is looking for dynamic work environment, supportive culture and good leadership.

Dislikes

This is situated in newly developed industrial area, so public transportation is an issue, may improve in future, however Company is providing its own bus and cab facility to the employees to reach office from nearest metro station i.e. Sant Surdas (Sihi) Metro station.

I joined a month ago so it's too soon to judge, so, these reviews may differ in future: Reporting Manager is really supportive. MD seems to be accessible. Food facility is really good. Safety. Colleagues are friendly. Work environment is fine.
