There is no Job security, Even if u meet ur target your manager will not satisfied, they will increase target every month, making it harder to achieve. I was able to have a look at lot of royal properties in Bangalore and very nice societies. This I liked about Nestaway. Also the company office is nice and like a reputable multinational company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. Career growth is zero. Salary is not fixed and you can have pay cut. Less opportunity to shift to better domain profiles inside company. Consumer reviews are a concern, lots of bad reviews from the users who are tenants living in the properties. Also issue ofextra charges are there which are levied on the tenants. However lot of these factors are not faced by all employees who are in good profile in the company and tenants who are living in high standard societies.
