Since this confusion has been happening from day 1, I would state few wrong happenings or unofficial behaviour from this company. 1. From the beginning they have not been very interested in my profile quite evidently , yet forced me to leave INCLEN (my previous company) 2. Highly unprofessional and Un- organized behavior by HR I spoke, who asked me about my whereabouts and every detail. When I was ready about offline training and had planned accordingly, Miss Ekta initiated about online training. Confusions about, joining date. No proper information provided about any norms of the company 2. I am a doctor and would condemn the statement made by Miss Srushti about me working in a supermarket, which is highly not tolerable 3. Unprofessional way of training by Miss Madhura (training through whatsApp) 4. They are finding ways to eliminate me from the job stating possible silly reasons...Read More
