It's a toxic place to work. They have the worst management, and extremely unsupportive. This is under home interiors department: You cannot raise any kind of concern when the first thing the manager do is interrogate on our work and pull us down and make us faulty. And the process they follow is outdated already. The manager has to learn some humanity and learn to treat employees with respect. Just by claiming that there is no cabin system and everyone works together etc., what gives the right to yell and shout and employees in the floor with disrespect? This is not how a corporate works nowadays. Get the work culture right and then ask for referrals....Read More
