1) No working structure 2) No Respect across teams 3) Regular verbal fights between sales and ops people. 4) Respective leaders are in responsive. 5) Worse HR in the whole industry. 6) No job satisfaction. 7) No salary structure. 8) Your salary gets cuts and the response you get is what's done is done. 9) The Senior Management is specially poor and illogical. 10) Whatever you say will not be accepted until you have a screen shot, a recording or a phone recording. 11) Favouritism prevails in the whole structure 12) They don't have any office. Just a vo-working space-3 seater. 13) If you fail to answer a call or do some work after work hours...it is considered to be irrisponsible and you can loose your job for that....Read More
