I like the big word and false commitment for the employee.

The company does not have any focus and proper planning. they are changing the rules and incentive structure every month as per there requirement. so no will be paid the incentive. there is no fixed salary they always try to deduct salary. please don't join this company your career will be finish.

Terrible compliance for the ground level employees, deduction of salary every month, no resolution for the same, can terminate you anytime, doesn't look at the Market conditions and expectations are very high not achieving 80% won't get your salary, product is completely driven by operations and not towards client.

Dislikes

No growth, management doesn't care about anything but number, no recognition, company wants ground level employees to roam on the field in covid. No support from upper management.
