I worked at NoBroker, and I must say it was one of one of the most distressing professional experience I have had. The companies work culture is extremely toxic, especially within the HR campus team. Instead of nurturing talent or offering guidance, they focus on humiliation, control, and pressure. The environment is mentally draining and demoralising.

Dislikes

The HR Campus team, Reshmi and her assistant manager, Sonal Singh, lacks basic Professional ethics and leadership qualities. Sonal,in particular, often use harsh and appropriate language while addressing team members. her behaviour towards the team was disrespectful, degrading, and completely unacceptable. While employer expected to follow sick timings and are insulted for being even a minute late, she would walk in at her convenience without any accountability. What’s more disturbance in that Sonal lacks the experience and maturity to handle a leadership position. There are serious concerns among employees that she submitted a fake experience certificate to gain her current designation. True leadership comes from hard work and experience, and someone who hasn’t earned that their position can cannot be expected to understand how to lead or respect a team. Her approach to managing people was inhumane treating colleagues in a way that even animals are not treated today. There is absolutely no work, life balance, and no real HR support. Employees are micro managed, disrespected, and treated like they are replaceable. The attrition rate is high because people join with hope and leave with trauma. I strongly urge freshers and professionals to think twice before considering an opportunity at NoBroker. A company that does not respect, its employee cannot be expected to deliver long-term career growth or job satisfaction....Read More
