Nothing Worst company to work with No job security No career growth

After dedicating over 5 years to the organisation ,i was recently laid off without any prior notice or explanation. It was disappointing to see that even reporting managers were unable to support or advocate for their team during such a crucial time. Despite of strong social media presence of leadership, particularly Amit Agarwal , the internal reality is starkly different.The company has been consistently loss making, with no vertical or business unit currently operating profitably.investor confidence is waning, with no nee funding round and growing dissatisfaction among the existing stakeholders. Although the company has voiced ambition to go public, there is no clear roadmap to achieve that goal. Despite prior assurance of financial stability or commitment to avoid lay offs for the next 3 years,the company has begun unexpectedly letting goof senior leadership.
