There is lot of work pressure, example as i observed in Tenant Services Team Mumbai, most of the tenants looks for rent house nearby BKC area and rent cost which they prefer below 25K per month,sales team sells the plan for 50 customers but nearby BKC area properties will be available only 15 to 20 in this area

I joined this company as a Relationship manager for NRI Department For Renting Out. And from the Very First Month, I Started giving my best performance and I had been consistently maintained the same performance every month. Earned good incentives for hard work as well and was hoping to grab the growth in the field I had been expertise.

My worst TIme Started Since I questioned my colleague not to create chaos in the email, later on, she was been promoted and I have been penalized by the manager just because it was his colleague and my question was right. Even though I was top among the spam Instead of getting growth in the same department. I was forced to move toa completely different department and was imposed a different slab that was applicable for the more than 6 months tenure Agents in the department seller department. we gave our best hard work to sell the property which was best effort property. even though our 70% incentive used to be subtracted from the list, stating no revenue was generated which we were never trained and have been constantly Requested for the management to look at the effort that we are trying to put the property on sale for the outskirts location. but it was ignored and we requested to move back to the same department that we are experts in. We were manipulated that we will be the first persons to take back if the department required additional agents but they lied and they were new agents hired for the department. the worst part is there is no value to hard work in the organization, so dropped that paper was serving a notice period and this time the same person was announced as my reporting manager and for name sake, IJP was rolled as everyone was aware that who will be nominated and she too took her grudge asked me not to make calls on last day as they required time to reassign the customer and told it is considered as working and marked as Absent so I don't get salary and incentive as expected on my hard work and post my 45 days I disputed on my salary and Requested for the clarification, hence remain same with the organization they were careless to get them sorted out or to inform the status. so i have left that as my charity for the manger to enjoy.
