Liberty to take our own decisions and liable for any positive or negative impact. Great work life balance and no pressure of work. Flexibility of working hours.

Dislikes

Unnecessary audit policies and unethical salary deductions every month. They just show the fixed salaries on paper but never credits the full amount. Top management doesn't care about the mid level and lower level employees.
