Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .

It has been awesome working in Omics. I am supported with very hard working team leads. A good experience to add in my resume. Working environment is too good.

Dislikes

I dont have any disliking. But they are very much obsesses with their rules. They wont let any employee go out beyond the break time. Hard work is not valued, we are getting too less to survive

Work Details

My work is certainly interesting, i enjoy doing it, i prioritize my job above all. It gives my positive vibes. Being in omics, the life schedule got changed.Interacting with my respective authors, helping them out with the smallest thing is the best thing
