Omnicom has the most toxic work culture I've ever experienced. The company is essentially run by the CFO, while the CEO has little to no authority. The level of hypocrisy here is staggering. For example, the finance team was tasked with monitoring my LinkedIn and WhatsApp statuses daily and reporting even minor actions, like attending a webinar, back to the CFO. It was constant micromanagement over the smallest details. The so-called women CEOs, who love to champion women’s rights online, were some of the worst offenders. They engaged in daily mental abuse and endless escalations. On top of that, the company is involved in shady dealings, often asking employees to forge documents or emails to cover their tracks. And if you refuse to participate in these unethical practices? You’re fired. If you're looking for a supportive, transparent, and ethical workplace, Omnicom is definitely not it.
