OMG -Annalect used to be a employee friendly company and policy were the first layer to show the intent and the previous management made it point that they respond to feedback. Recent few year OMG has started to make org shifts and some management folks were asked to change. 1. High Favouritism and only few people has opportunity todo it all. Incompetent leadership led to suppressing the feedback and implementation of cost cutting measures. 2. Highly incapable management and doesn't know what's going on with in org. Everyday a new policy is formed and enrolled without even informing the employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Even the yearly var or bonus payment are not made on time</mark>. 3. Few mid and higher management folks are highly afraid of talent they work with and avoid giving them any higher exposure. 4. Some incompetent people are making it their retirement company and keep firing people for automation or any sort of threat they oversee to themselves or their own position. 5. Omnicom has the most toxic work culture I've ever experienced. The company is essentially run by the CFO, while the CEO has little to no authority. The level of hypocrisy here is staggering. For example, the finance team was tasked with monitoring my LinkedIn and WhatsApp statuses daily and reporting even minor actions, like attending a webinar, back to the CFO. It was constant micromanagement over the smallest details. The so-called women CEOs, who love to champion women’s rights online, were some of the worst offenders. They engaged in daily mental abuse and endless escalations. On top of that, the company is involved in shady dealings, often asking employees to forge documents or emails to cover their tracks. And if you refuse to participate in these unethical practices? You’re fired. If you're looking for a supportive, transparent, and ethical workplace, Omnicom is definitely not it. Work and Skills: There is nothing to learn, very basic work. Mostly adaptation work is there no creativity, We have to just adapt the creatives in different sizes. Job Security: No job security, they have a record of doing layoffs every year, i don't know what is the exact reason behind that. They are hiring every year and firing every year. The Company hired almost 1000+ individuals in the name of expansion....most of the hired talent had a stable career and wanted growth like everyone else. 6 months past the company and the top bosses were not able to get work from global agencies so they started laying off people.
