I've grown more in 8 months here than in 2 years at my last job. The tech stack is modern. The tech stack is updated and offers real-world exposure to modern tools and frameworks, which has helped me a lot in enhancing my skills. Also, my seniors don't just assign tasks, they explain the concepts, and help you level up your skills. The overall work environment is very supportive. The culture promotes learning, and frequent tech training helps me stay updated with the latest tools and practices. Dislikes

I had not faced any issue so far, as everything is quite good here. But yes, sometimes the air conditioning system stops working, especially in the afternoon hours. Though it's a small issue but sometimes becomes much stressful.

The office pantry get busy during lunch hours, so it's better to plan your break accordingly.

Working here has been great as there is a chance to learn and grow. The teamwork among developers really sparks creativity, and the awesome benefits, like insurance and ESOPs, give a nice sense of financial security.
