Previously it was good company but the after 2023. Because of the structure of the company if your manager is change than it affect to the full team. Now in my manager working is terrible.

Job Security - There is not any job security in the company. Any time you can lay off. Increment - They giving the reason of the financial goal and give no increment in 1 year and second year 2-3% increment but the project is full faced and pipeline. Work culture is not as effective as one might expect. While the company claim to have flexible working environment but in reality, these policies are not consistently followed. Instead of being standard across the org. their implementation is entirely depend on manager. unfortunately, my experience with my manager has been disappointing, Rather than fostering a supportive and encouraging work env, my manager is among the worst in the company. There is no recognition or appreciation for hard work or achievement., but the feedback in professional manner, my manager choose publicly criticize and give you lecture in front of the entire team....Read More

I was a former employee of Openxcell, and my experience with the company was disappointing. The work culture was not conducive to growth, and there was a lack of job security. Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. Additionally, appraisals were disheartening and offered minimal increments, which negatively impacted employee morale and self-esteem. - Culture is Great - Remote work provided whenever it is needed. - Reaching out to management is easier - HR policies are employee friendly.

Dislikes

- Micro managed with Desk Time which makes work frustrating many times - work recognition is less or near to zero if you are outsourced resourced resource - appraisals are heart breaking and low which hurts employee 's self-esteem. - work timings are not flexible as you have to come to office according to your team's timing but HR policy says something different.

It's an employee driven company. OpenXcell Technolabs provides chances to its employees to upscale their skillsets and invests a lot in young candidates. New TA department only focus to hire fresher under TA so TA manager who is not even SSC pass can work as manager. No policy, procedure, mood of TA will decide hiring & Firing. You will be asked to leave a company without any notice on same day so that you will not tell them truth. Salary on time,rest no Employee engagement, zero work life balance.

Very friendly culture. No restrictions to learn new things with your existing resources, open mind managers. You can openly share your idea with higher authorities. Work life balance is good. Salary on time, in my journey with this company sometimes I get early salary but never delayed.

Dislikes

Lake of hardware resources. As a QA you will need different hardware resources like types of mobile phones, types of displays to test which are very less amount of here. Account department very hard to communicate. No replies and rude response if you go with some queries related to your tax deduction or something.(Although they can improve it) Lighter note: only one time tea and that too limited to one cup only😅...Read More
