Managing director sh Balram Garg is a very humble and kind hearted person. He is also hard working and intelligent. Very supportive for his employees and other stakeholders.

Good work environment and culture,company policy is not good ,appraisals are fair and they give good Hard working and good skill.

Dislikes

There is a lo of politics and the management doesn't problem solving,salary is not good and clear growth is low

I learnt everything on the job. the job is quite interesting.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

No career growth. No fix time to salary increase. No time to sale Invective. No work life balance.

Dislikes

No salary increase time (more then 3 years ) most of staff not satisfied. They make penalties behalf of every mistakes. I worked with this company last five years and ten months after I resigned in this July 2017.
