Good people to work with middle management needs to know what is happening under them and help rather than give orders. Lower management and upper management understands the need of its employees and helps the most.

Dislikes

Need a change in middle management with people of right mindset and deadlines to be given on the base of availablity of employees rather than anything. Personal would work well if they have been given sufficient time and the number of projects does not become a burden upon them.
