There are no dislikes.it is not a product, it is a project, it is dependent on many deportment and TNEB so we can not mention any specific problem, we have to manage it.

The only positive thing is - you can get a nice package if you negotiate initially .. for doing no work at all.

1) Salary never credited on time. Sometimes, you will have to wait for 2 months. 2) Zero professionalism. Whatever the boss says has to happen, even if it is idiotic. A classic problematic mindset of "inherited company" by 2nd generation entrepreneurs. 3) Bossy boss. He does whatever he wants, whenever he thinks anything. Never ever considers discussing anything with anyone. If you try giving suggestions, he ridicules it to others - such a childish attitude. 4) HR is simply a joke. The guy does nothing except saying "yes" to whatever the boss says. 5) Learning - zero. If this is about to be your 1st company - please never join. You will get your career ruined forever. 6) Colleagues - they stay there because of no other way. So, even your professional learning will be zero....Read More
