Likes

Collaborative and supportive work environment. Flexible working hours. Office is so hygiene, fresh and morden. Supportive Management and HR team. Hybrid working days. (For me it doesn't really matter as i belong to northern India) Very good client and quality system for the engineering deliverables checking and all. I would recommend this company for work if below dislikes doesn't bother you at all....Read More

Dislikes

Well I don't really find any complaint but this is what i think this company has to work on as this have significant impact on our present and future as well. 1) No provision for parent medical health coverage. 2) PF is flat 1800/month for both side. 3) No employer NPS contribution scheme.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
