Working here was a disaster, nobody has the decision power except MD who makes the decision as per his convenience. HR doesn't have any knowledge and surviving because of AI.. doesn't heve any say but will act as if he knows everything. salary is very low plus too much deduction that you end up getting very small salary. And be aware of some employees as gossiping is a number 1 sport in PXIL

I had the chance to interact with all the deparments and found the culture consistently positive across the board.
