I have worked with this company for a year, and my experience was really pathetic, and worst. Powermaster Hire competitor’s employees for any salary hike and there only a is to get competitor sales data and other information from these employees and terminate or forced them to resign within few months of working. This is the companywhich has worst human relation with their employees, vendors, and even their customers. I have seen this is the only company who motivate their employees by paying rewards and cash for posting fake reviews in the favour of Powermaster by their friends and family members on ambitionbox.com . Promotor of a company used to abuse their senior managers with such a dirty and down grade language of F**k, BC, MC, or equivalent etc.and that also in front of female staff members. They had laid off their one of employees who was working with them for more than 10 years experience in just 1 day (no Notice) with excuse that they have more manpower in the company now… This company has no formal HR Policy. They check personal mobile phone of most of their staff members to check with whom they speak. They exploit their workers and staff members so badly that many of their employee’s personal life has suffered badly due to poor health or family relations . Powermaster is non-professional and negative energy company. Freshers should never step into this company at any cost or else their career will be spoiled<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And experienced people should avoid this company as their senior management people don’t know how to respect their employees</mark>. Do not get impressed by their office Buildings or infrastructures which are made to showcase for candidate coming for an interview. I am sure they will not last longer in this market. They should change their company tag line from BUILD TO LAST to BUILD TO WASTE… I would have given - ve star rating to this company, if that option would have been available in ambitionbox. The thing which I liked about this company is that every employee is enthusiastic in making you learn different things The managers encourage their subordinates to grow and learn Facilities of gym canteen and play room are a fun advantage for some recreation time

They hire you fresher for sure. You will learn new skills as a fresher. People on floor are diamond if you maintain your relationship with them. Company is not for youngsters for long run. You will learn from roots i.e. assembling and handling material with self. I enjoyed my 3 years of working with powermaster and i will suggest get in learn and jump out as soon as possible. First of all you will hold back your growth if you work more than a year. Driving features for Promotion and appraisal doesn't relate with your work or dedication. Worst was owner is like brutal king sometimes. But if you are good enough mam will uphold you in all situations. Bullying, abusive language, micro management, less salary, salary deductions, narrow minded team mates and seniors, no respect for women and there's a lot. I joined in as sales coordinator. As per the lady so called SDA who took my interview, I was not responsible for bringing in salesbut should take responsibility of backend process. But they don't review your performance on what position you are working in but how much business you have bought in for the company. Even if you are hired as receptionist you will be asked 'why you need raise in salary, you didn't bring any sale' - Inspite of you giving 100% to your work. Apart from this, they use abusive language for women working in the company behind her back. They don't train you or teach you anything and expect you to bring sale. The procedure of work is pathetic. You cannot send mails to another internal dept for followups on pending orders which makes it even more difficult to work. And if you do so you will get different treatments from that department. (In this case production head cum one of the director itself Mr. BP). Office timings are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but they purposely don't help you or guide you through out the day so that you have to wait back till 8 or 9 at night. (applies for both male and female employees) And if you leave on time they will harass you the next day. The company name is Powermaster Engineers Pvt Ltd but there are no intelligent engineers who could solve your or customer's queries. Those who were good had already left from organisation due to harassment from DSA and SDA and other pets working for years with them. There's screaming and yelling everyday like you hear at Slum area. No team work. I had an awful experience, as I resigned on a day's notice. They had called the police. Not allowed me to go out from office, locked the main gate even after giving handover and other office assets. Very Very Low salary. They don't give joining letter even after working for more than 1 year. Engineers work as ITI technicians doing assembly and packing. No career growth. Me and my friend joined this company at the same time. he worked in export sales. He said Managers don't teach you anything</mark>. They give you gaali. Even MD gives gaali /shouts to employees. Once he came on production floor and throw tools on the ground angrily because there was problem with shipment and said salary cut of employees for that month. I advise joining competitors like Tritorc, advanced bolting or Bharatiya tools instead of working in this company....Read More
