Only the good things is that the quality of Products is excellent. And salary comes on time.

Company rule and regulation are operated by untrained person, so here is can't talk with in logical ways. And i think this is first company which are manufactured new brand in every month. So sales team can't focus on all new products. And Expense deduction is main moto of this company without any logical answer. There is nothing like job security, career growth is slow, getting salary on time but they are not cooperative in the tough time of Covid-19,during the lock-down, all the employees worked from home for prolonged hours, but didn't get salary for those months. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
