Employee Friendly. Great Salary and other benefits (Top class Health insurance, Wellness Package, EarnedIt points, Festive gifts, office parties, etc.) . Amazing supportive mid-management (Engineering Managers - Mine is awesome).

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration, Process alignment ad Work life balance. Higher Management (Director +) alignment is not that great.
