This is hell working in this company so toxic environment they won't respect your feelings they won't respect your privacy they won't give any emergency leaves and the team leaders are so friendly but the HR department is worst management is worst the HR department they think the world is revolving around them. Good work culture, no micromanagement.

Dislikes

The company is run by bunch of idiots who have no business sense. Mismanagement caused them to run out of money, and investors decided to not fund them because of it. Mass layoffs happened and they started hiring interns to do everyday work. The management at the top were serious bunch of idiots with no business acumen. The company never tried embracing the latest trends, and were stuck with outdated processes ans still are. You will not learn anything long term. There are better fintech companies that one can work with and will not only earn better but also get exposure relevant to today's times....Read More

We feel comfortable and work peacefully here, as everyone treats us well. The unbwarding precess was smeth and remarkable, allewing us to gain extensive knewledge and learn valuable skills.
