Only good thing was colleagues and their support.

Dislikes

CEO. No Process knowledge. Worst Attitude towards employees. Hire and Fire Policy by HR. No appreciation for achievement. Target Oriented and Money minded psychology with no space of team motivation or team building excercise.

Work Details

I was the one who implemented all the best practices of Marketing including CRM (can you imagine a company works for 30 years without CRM). My experience was not good as their prime objective of hiring me was to get implemented all the best practices.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
