There is no clarity on the roles and responsibilities, Operations head is very high headed, cultureless,humiliates people,hypocrite. Though they boast 5working days, they put pressure on employees to work on all days, HR is busy in threatening employees based on operations head input. There is zero job security, in last 5 years more than 70 employees left the company and new people.joined, every week There will 2-3 resignations, All are leaving the company because of worst politics in the company. People who have worked for more 8 to 10years in There past companies are leaving from here in 5 to 6months, I think this is one company with making records in destroying people lives. Do not consider to join this company, even if you are known people working in the company they might be referring to please people, do not consider to join this company at any cost....Read More
