Many of my colleagues were forced to resign, and some were even terminated right in front of me. If you try to raise these issues with upper management, nothing changes</mark>. This company's management is unorganised. Target are unrealistic/unachievable. OT is just an illusion. You have to do extra even on weekends as well if you want to achieve the target otherwise its totally upto you. I am not saying all process are unmanageable. Some process are good aswell.
