Everything there except work from home is disliking. They will deduct your salary without any explanation, The management sucks. The people over there named Ajay Pandey, Shounak Kulkarni were the worst of all. These people have no manners and they don't know how to behave.

Despite the company's long history of operation, its infrastructure leaves much to be desired, even falling behind what one might expect from a startup. The IT department routinely emphasizes that both in-house and external applications require higher system configurations to function efficiently. However, these upgrades remain elusive, almost as if you'd need to wish upon a shooting star for them to materialize—particularly if you find yourself working remotely on the night shift. This technological inefficiency significantly hampers productivity and creates a frustrating work environment for employees. The office politics within the company are nothing short of toxic and unbearable. There's a blatant lack of investment in employee development, with the organization contributing absolutely no effort toward upskilling or professional growth. Instead, the focus is on extracting the maximum amount of work from employees, pushing them to perform like oxen with little regard for their well-being. Training is not about enhancing your skills or preparing you for advancement; it's about conditioning you to endure heavy workloads without question. Moreover, the workplace is filled with hypocrisy and jealousy. Some individuals will go to great lengths to make your work experience miserable if they feel their egos aren't being sufficiently stroked. These same people will manipulate situations to force you to extend your shift, regardless of your personal time or well-being, simply to maintain their sense of power and control. The lack of a proper workforce management system only exacerbates these issues, as employees are often forced into juggling multiple tasks without ever becoming experts in any. 1. Constant push to work from office despite of opting for work from home. 2. Poor job security. 3. Horrendous training system 4. Focus on quantity rather than quality 5. Constant pressure to work for 12 hours a day at least.

The immediate & middle management along with few guys in hr works like a gang, zero effort on improving the process, just trying to save & justify there own jobs, they have zero execution knowledge of 3rd party collections, & if someone is asking questions they will find a reason for giving warning letters..once final warning letteris signed...they will force the person to resign, whom they want out .<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.even good performers, very unprofessional & unsecured lot, same old few guys running the show here, not worth of getting hired anywhere else, plz avoid this company guys , unless u have a special reason to work from home for a meagre pay</mark>......Read More

Worst work environment and toxic work culture. The only thing that kept me working was salary used to come on time. Since they have moved to work from home option due to the pandemic, management has realised to squeeze working hrs and take advantage of the situation. Company policies are not fair as human resource team seems to favour management views as they were promoted i internally from operation. If you need breaks or any leave request it's like you begging for basic support. Salary hike is like the cost of a peanut packet in the market. Please do think twice about joining here....Read More
