They conduct monthly meetings of all franchises to discuss growth and strategies but it is only limited to Head Office only.

Dislikes

More work less compensation. No coordination with branch manager. Fake promises at the time of interview. No job security. No offer letter will be received. No experience letter will be given. They will appoint you for one position,after a few days you will be required to do all tasks which are not actually related to post you are appointed for.
