This is an absolutely horrible company. Owner is terrorising people, randomly sack employees, don't pay committed CTC, deduct salary at his will. Employee turn over is very high. No one is satisfied working here. Most important part is if anyone is leaving all other existing employees feel safe that at least for few days their job is secured. Therefore all the time employees are fighting with each other. I have never seen this kind of terrible organizatuon in my professional carrer of + 28 years.
Happy to leave this organization.
They get people because of job market crisis.
Suggest everyone not to join unless you are jobless.

Dislikes

The management culture, anytime they terminate anyone without having any fault of the person, this experience happened near me, eventually they don't investigate the incident and they take immediate action without analyse.

Generally I work in Operation department mainly production of Ductile Iron Pipe, all job is challenging and i like to take any challenge which comes during my work, i always try to achieve the target provided by the management and always full fill it.

Any one who does care for the existing pay who gets in his current company is advised not to switch to RASHMI METALIKS LTD. (IDEAL CENTRE OFFICE AJC BOSE ROAD ) as he would be lured with higher pay but that would not continue for long as salary is kept on hold every month just on the discretion of owner with no reason
