They made me come office throughout the lockdown when people were hiding behind their door. After using me in critical times than they kicked me out in the name of manpower reduction , with one month notice to show, but actually they relieved me in just 15 day..... Without the salary of 2.5 month.....note it.....

Dislikes

You have no job security. At any time without any prior notice they will kick you out. And you cannot do anything as they will make you sign a peice of paper in which they write that you are leaving because of your personal reason.

I was in contracts and commercials and deal with all the purchase , AMC, ARC, Hiring equipment, hiring manpower, or other any kind of procurement.

Work-life balance is ok, don't really bother anyone in after office hours and on weekends.

Dislikes

Petty office politics and absence of any checks & balances for HODs which leads to lot of sycophancy and discrimination culture inside office. Salary benefits are very bad in comparison with work-load and deliverable expectations.

Yes but, The politics that is going on here right now is the worst. There is no respect for the honest worker here.

Dislikes

Here senior people feel very insecure because of this fear, they hide all the work related things from their juniors and because of this, junior people do not progress. And where does the hod know that these junior people are of no use, all increments and promotions are given to senior people only, we have been kept here only for work.
