Good work life balance. Good work culture. Job security and satisfaction. This is a company where people mostly look forward to retire.

Dislikes

Substandard growth. Not for ambitious and talanted people. Company surviving on Monopoly product. Remove the edgeband and it's over. Mejority of the people work in their comfort zone as growth is very very limited so No motivation for people to go extra mile.

I didn't like to work with Rehau polymers. Dreams are shown for growth and independent responsibility. But not fulfilled even when performed well by cost optimization and savings and giving the company back my annual CTC 1.5 times in just one year tenure from joining. They throw out by saying pandemic reasons and not look deeply what the person has done. Many ego problems with senior management. Terrible work experience.
