One man show run entirely by the director female employee dont get maternity leaves and are either terminated or salaries are cut no bonuses, appraisals, recognitions no rules, regulations. Firm being run like a Kirana shop salary deductions are frequent with any justifications bank holidays are rarely given even if you are 15 minlate, salary deducted work from home due to emergencies are penalised no work life balance office and IT infra is outdated and poor resignation policy highly unprofessional where you need to submit new firm offer letter to director only then resignation is accepted. once on notice period, director and colleagues make your life hell. no provident fund here...Read More

Safe for womens.Shift time flexibility is there.Kiran Sir and the Reliable Family is very co-operative.If you have any specific issues then you have a freedom to talk to sir directly, this will not be available in other corporates.If you have taken break or left the organisation due to personal issues there is a good about Reliable Software that Sir always allows his loyal employees to join back.I also joined 2nd time.it’s my 2nd inning. strict in timings , you need to keep mobile outside ,no overtime compensation no value for your extra time .even wash room timings gets calculated as break of 1 hour. Lots of HR politics. No increments
