Typical indian mnc old fashion culture still in reliance

Dislikes

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Its old fashion typical lala company culture still some drops are there....Read More

Report of poor workplace culture worse company of India not having any system. HR is irresponsible. RIL MD also not responding to mail send after multiple reminders.

Dislikes

Worse working environment to work HR team Mr Sanket Kadam and Mr Praveen Rai are supine and irresponsible action need to be taken against both of them
