You will get to know about jwellery industry. Get to know about how unorganised company can be. You will realise how important it is to have proper order to execute work which is completely missing here.

Dislikes

Everything. They have strict 9 & half hours of shift. They don't have proper infrastructure for employees to sit and work. Work pressure is extremely high. Your work life balance is surely distrub. You can't suggest anything even though it's industry standards but they will only follow what they think it's best. Company culture is worst.

Huge level of politics in each and every department., Management is very nice and very kind., Manager level , senior level very pathetic experience I had face in Renaissance jewellery Ltd. Job security is their in RGL ,but no manager level will help you for the same

Manager level poking you in each and every single work , they are abusive they also not bothering about woman, how to talk with ladies they Not know.
