Timings is rigid, no extra work is required. Salary on time never comes late. Higher management is very much polite even you can discuss your personal issues seperately.

In the outset I would like to clear that I was working with Railway division so my review is only out this division. At that time so many things was there for learning but now things have been changed. You have to do struggle for learning and growth.

Dislikes

If you are not much good in professionalism then you have to face politics. Top management less interaction with new comers is also big problem.
