It is a fraud company which started office in India just a year back. I was working in a reputed MNC when this people reached out to me. They offered me a higher salary but when I actually joined, they reduced my package by 2 lakhs. I was working for 6 months there and once I was near the end date of my probation period, they forced me to resign and gave me just 7 days of basic salary. By cancelling apprisal and reducing 20% of annual salary which will be recovered in 3-4 months. Everyone is just intrested in politics. No is really taking responsibility and accountability. Manager is just for watching your tale. No work ethic.

Dislikes

Management, leave policies, macro management, apprisal cycle.

Work Details

Job is not at all intresting. You have to keep your manager happy and smiling, and then also you will get the hike like 2-3 k per month. Not at all performance based apprisal. Who is good with manager and can bargain will get others share too.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
