Absolutely nothing. Unless you enjoy confusion, poor leadership, and wasting your potential, there’s really nothing to appreciate here. Maybe the only good thing is that it teaches you what red flags to watch out for in your next job. Consider it a lesson in what not to accept in a workplace. Free chaos, zero growth, and daily frustration — what’s not to love?

Dislikes

This company is a complete joke. Nothing works here — not the management, not the systems, not even basic communication. The CEO talks absolute garbage, like someone pulled off the street and handed a title for fun. Decisions are random, directionless, and usually make things worse. There’s no professionalism, no respect, and definitely no future here. The place is a mess from top to bottom. You won’t learn anything useful. You won’t grow. You’ll just waste your time dealing with chaos, favoritism, and a toxic culture that kills your motivation day by day. HR is useless, managers are clueless, and morale is buried somewhere under all the nonsense this company runs on. Honestly, it feels like RGBSI was built as an example of what not to do in business. There is no proper management hierarchy in this company. Even for just two days of Work from Home, you need to get permission from the CEO. If that’s the case, then what is the purpose of having a Manager or Senior Manager? Moreover, if the CEO is visiting India, they won’t approve leave or WFH, even if you applied for it a month inadvance. On the day of the visit, they will cancel all prior approvals, disregarding employees' plans and commitments. This not only shows a lack of proper delegation but also creates an unprofessional and inconvenient work environment....Read More
