Likes

good travel policies accommodation & food allownces good. Coordination team is good. Most of the foreign Clients (SAIPEM, TR, LTHE, Hyundai, ARAMCO) gave you super technical exposure.

Dislikes

too much travel involved. Hardly any work life balance. Expense reimbursement is done after 3-4 months and that too after several follow ups. HR/Account department people are rude and not so cooperative

There is not a single point for which i can say that i would like to work in Rina again.

Dislikes

The HR department,they don't receive your call ,the co-ordinator who never answered, i left Rina on 10th this month but till today didn't get my Full and final settlement paper and all related documents.
